Project Description:

• Design a book cover for Silence of the Lambs that captures the thematic essence of the story.

• Adobe Illustrator

Role:

• I designed this book cover based on elements in the story. The shapes were designed using a pen and mesh gradient.

Results:

• I illustrated the woman’s hand with a multi-layer skin texture so at the end of the story the reader will realize that it’s not a hand of a real woman with real skin! The final product has a strong connection with the story when the story is still a mystery.
